The founder of HRActs.com, being a Human Resource practitioner himself, has been in the Human Resource line for about 15 years. Through his vast experience, he found out that the core problem for Human Resource practitioners is the lack of knowledge in the Human Resource Acts. This is mainly due to the inavailability of the resources related to the Acts itself.
Definitely there are a lot of books on Human Resource Acts in the market. However, the hassle of getting the latest updated versions and going through the books has hampered all initiatives. This is why HRActs.com is created. We provide this service to everybody: Human Resource practitioners, Human Resource students, employers, employees, and many others.
HRActs.com started in November 2001 and has never looked back since then. From only the Human Resource Acts, we have come out with other new features such as HR Advise, HR in News, HR Forum and others.
